Reservations:
A credit card number or one night deposit is required to secure a reservation. If you must cancel, kindly do so promptly.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the date of arrival will forfeit equivalent of one night’s stay. Guest agrees that any fees including cancellation fees, or charges for any damages caused will be charged to the credit card on file.
Occupancy Policy:
Additional twin bed in Campbell or Peacock guestroom is $25.00 plus taxes.

Children and Pets:
We are unable to accommodate children under 12 unless by special arrangement.
